By entering your mobile number and enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from North Pole Portal related to daily reminders, missed report notifications, and important account activity.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Typically, you may receive up to 1 message per day if you have not completed your daily report.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You can opt out at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message
  • Disabling SMS notifications in your account settings

Program Details

How Users Opt In

Users provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages in two ways:

  1. During Account Registration: Users can optionally provide their mobile number and enable SMS notifications when creating their account at MyNorthPolePortal.com
  2. In Account Settings: After logging in, users can navigate to their Mission Control settings to add their phone number and enable SMS reminders

What Messages We Send

Users who opt in will receive:

  • Daily reminder notifications if they haven't sent their daily report to Santa
  • Important account-related updates (rarely, if at all)

Message frequency: Typically up to 1 message per day, only sent if the user has not completed their daily activity

How to Opt Out

Users can stop receiving messages at any time by:

  • Text STOP: Reply with the word "STOP" to any message from us
  • Account Settings: Log in and disable SMS notifications in their Mission Control settings

After opting out, users will receive a confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages unless they re-enable the feature.

SMS notifications are currently in the approval process and not yet active. This page demonstrates our opt-in flow and consent mechanism for carrier review. Once approved by our messaging provider, this feature will be enabled for all users.

  • Phone numbers are stored securely and encrypted
  • We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing
  • Numbers are used exclusively for the SMS reminder program you opt into
  • You can request deletion of your phone number at any time
