You can request deletion here even if you no longer have the app. This removes your personal account and families you administer, including their elves, messages and device connections. Families you joined or transferred to another administrator remain available to their other grown-ups. Review the affected families below before confirming.

Deletion is permanent. Save anything you want to keep first. A child’s device that is offline may keep previously downloaded content until it reconnects or its offline access expires.

Some processor records or older media may require additional cleanup. Your private receipt shows progress. Purchase receipts retained for accounting and payment disputes are separate from your family’s content; payment providers may retain their own transaction records.
