How do we get started?
When the app launches, start by downloading My North Pole Portal on a grown-up’s phone. Create your parent account, set up your family and choose your Season Pass in the app. Then install it on your child’s compatible device and connect it using a North Pole badge. Your child opens their own North Pole station.
Will it work on our child’s tablet?
Start your family on an iPhone, iPad or Android device with Google Play. Amazon Fire tablets will have a child companion app: connect it with a family badge to open the children’s stations. Parent setup and purchases happen on the grown-up’s iOS or Google Play device. Supported devices and requirements will be listed in each store before you download.
What does the daily routine look like?
The app is designed around a short daily ritual. Open the grown-up guide for a closer look at the daily routine and family controls.
Is there something to do between messages?
Yes. The Christmas countdown, coloring studio, personal art book and joke corner give children little ways to play throughout the day. Their next elf letter is one more reason to return.
What will the Season Pass cost?
Holiday 2026 pricing will be announced before launch. You’ll see the price, what’s included, and the season dates in the app before buying through your device’s app store. There’s no need to buy anything on this website to get started.
Can grandparents give it as a gift?
Gift options haven’t been announced for Holiday 2026. For now, share this page with the child’s parent or guardian so they can explore the app and be the one to set up the family.
What if we already have a parent account?
You can still sign in to your parent account on the web. Keep using your existing account when the app arrives. Details about the new Season Pass will be shared before launch.
